Horizen Grocery Chain - eCommerce Platform Launch
Ran a 20-week, 10-sprint Scrum delivery as Scrum Master/PM for a UK grocery retailer's first B2C eCommerce platform, user accounts, catalogue, checkout, payments, and inventory integration with the in-store ERP.
Coordinated a 9-person cross-functional team across design, dev, QA and DevOps, managed the RAID log and stakeholder reporting through Steering Committee, and ran a closed beta with 80 customers ahead of public launch.
Launched on schedule with 3,400 registered customers and £42K GMV in the first 30 days, both ahead of target, and zero critical incidents in launch month.

who I am
I'm Nchedochukwu Arinzechukwu, a project management professional and cloud engineer who bridges delivery and infrastructure. I plan the roadmap, manage the stakeholders and timelines, and then get hands-on with the cloud systems that bring it all to life, so nothing gets lost between the plan and the platform.
I believe good projects are run with the same discipline as good infrastructure: clear ownership, sensible processes, and no single point of failure. Whether I'm coordinating a cross-functional team or architecting a cloud environment, I focus on outcomes that are reliable, well-documented, and built to last.
